I've worked in the Plumbing & Heating industry for more than 20 years and have experience with over 15 different brands in the sector. 

Throughout my career I have worked with customers and suppliers across Commercial, Sales & Marketing departments, on branded and own label products. 

My number one trait is to optimise performance, finding creative solutions to problems and continually drive efficiencies. 

This is achieved through a process of understanding market and customer requirements, improving knowledge through research and analysis, then identifying meaningful opportunities. Thereafter, formulating plans to execute and deliver growth, with a focus on delivering outstanding value to my customers.
